When you book your free session with us, we will start by asking you simple questions about your goals and the areas in your life that you feel need change.

We will talk about where you are in life at the present and where you would like to be in the future. Then, we will make a fully customized plan of action that pulls from various techniques to help you achieve the life that you have always wanted.

The methods we use include life coaching, neurolinguistic programming, positive psychology, Gestalt therapy and the adoption of lifestyles such as Hygge, Tantra or Ikigai.

We will talk for 30 minutes and then you decide if you would like to continue with our program and the plan that we discuss.
