Hello! We’re InnerCamp, a vibrant and forward-thinking company dedicated to complementary therapies.
As we continue to grow, we’re in need of a skilled Operations Assistant to help coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about complementary therapies and is looking to grow their career with a supportive and innovative international team. We would like to start with a part-time job tasks and grow with this role into a full time Operations Manager job in a few months.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Improving organisation systems, processes and best practices
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee efficiency
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, examine financial data, improve profitability
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff
  • Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
  • Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience with Project Manager or Operations Manager roles, or similar role (1-2 years)
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field preferable
