For most of us, there is turmoil and uncontrolled thoughts going through the mind at any given time. Taming our thoughts and changing their direction towards positivity is vital to good health and wellbeing. We set ourselves up to gain immensely when we quieten the mind. Facilitators:

Leonie Louise is an experienced psychologist in the clinical field and has spent many years studying acupuncture, meditation, breathwork and relationship therapy. In 2008 she started a practice in Amsterdam together with a psychiatrist, combining regular therapy with breathing and meditation techniques guiding couples and individuals. In the past few years, Leonie has been focusing more on rebirthing breathwork in combination with Authentic Relating because of the big transformational value she saw in herself and others.

In her journey she discovered that body, mind and spirit are all one beautiful interconnected web, which can self-heal given the right conditions. She experienced that we all have the capacity to create fulfilling connections with ourselves and others, providing we have the right tools that work for us and have a space to explore and practice.

Leonie works in an intuitive way and she uses her background in clinical psychology to create a safe space for healing and transformation.

¿Quién es Alexis Alcalá?

Alexis Alcalá is the founder of InnerCamp. He is a life coach who propagates a flow of positive energy through what he calls the Transformation process.

He is a certified facilitator of Reiki and social meditations. Alexis’ work revolves around people management in different spheres of life. He has worked with different companies across Europe, Africa and Asia as a trainer, mentor, manager and coach.

Alexis champions a Hygge lifestyle to bring forth joy and happiness. Absorbing the essence of a Tantric lifestyle and internalizing his Ikigai has been the crux of his own transformation. With the inception of InnerCamp, Alexis is committed to spreading the cheer around, and rightly so! He is someone whose life graph took an astounding turnaround when he taught himself the value of self-love. Imparting this coaching to others in order to promote internal happiness has now become his life goal.
