About this Workshop
The term “alignment” describes the alignment of the head, shoulders, spine, hips, knees, and ankles. The spine is less stressed when the body is aligned properly, which also improves posture. When our midline anatomy can be placed in a straight line, the body is balanced and aligned. The body continuously produces data on your position (posture), mobility, and balance. You can increase your awareness of this sensory feedback, which forms the basis of your sense of proprioception—the relationship between body and mind—by concentrating on the relevant anatomy.
Tantra helps people experience their bodies fully. To connect with your body, tantric work goes through sensations. Our body continuously communicates with us through sensations and somatization. These cues inform us of our surroundings and inner world.
