About this Workshop

You may have heard of the 7 major chakras. But did you know that there are over 100 chakras in total?

Chakras are the purification and distribution centers of the life energies in our bodies. Chakras are associated with the body’s overall health and well-being. When a chakra gets blocked in your body, a health condition can manifest and the blockage can affect the other chakras. So if you are not careful, you will find the rest of your body rebelling against you. You need to care for your chakras. There are many chakras throughout our bodies. There are 7 major, 21 minor, and 86 micro chakras in the human body. Among the 114 chakras, 112 chakras reside within the body and the other two are outside the body. Minor chakras are located in our hands, legs, tongue, knee, elbow, clavicles, shoulder, eye, ear, and nose. All the chakras are not active at all times. Some are prominent and some are dormant.

How to prepare for the session:

  • Take time to reflect on your intentions and motivations before attending the workshop.
  • Find a quiet and secure space where you feel comfortable and safe and where you cannot be overheard by others.
  • Prepare your space to be sacred and special. You can use candles, create a small altar, use any numerous symbolic figures for you. It is vital that you establish an environment where you are excited to be, and you feel safe and protected.
  • Allow and accept your emotions without resistance or judgment.
  • Be prepared to let go of any preconceptions or judgments about the practice and approach it with an open mind.
  • Remember that it is okay to pause or take a break if you feel overwhelmed or triggered.
