About this Workshop
Forgiveness of ourselves and others releases us from the past.
When we do not flow freely with life in the present moment, it usually means we are holding on to a past moment. It can be sadness, regret, fear, hurt, guilt, anger, resentment and sometimes even the desire for revenge. Each one of these states comes from a space of unforgiveness, a refusal to let go and come into the present moment. Love is always the answer to healing and the pathway to love is forgiveness. To live a happy life letting go of the grudges is necessary. You can’t change others, but you can control your actions and your mindset. If you stay forgiving and compassionate towards yourself and others, you can heal your wounds and live your life as fulfilling as possible.
According to research, people who forgive experience ‘’increased hopefulness, decreased anger, improved spiritual connection, increased self-confidence, improved relationships and reduced stress and corresponding enhancements to physical and mental health.’’
Joy and happiness are possible even if the past cannot be changed. In letting go, you gain significantly more power over your own life. Join Lisa to breathe into forgiveness!
