Alexis Alcalá & Jordan Head

This workshop will be hosted by Alexis Alcalá, founder of InnerCamp, and Jordan Head, one of the master trainers at InnerCamp.
Alexis is a distinguished teacher of Breathwork, Bodywork, and Tantra Energy Activation, who brings over a decade of rich experience to InnerCamp.

Renowned for his adeptness in fusing deep scientific knowledge with spiritual insights, Alexis excels in making ancient wisdom accessible and relevant in modern contexts. Embarking on a transformative journey after a pivotal shift from the corporate world, Alexis embraced the principles of holistic living. His creation of the Holosomatic Therapy is a testament to his innovative spirit and commitment to holistic healing.

As a teacher, Alexis is not just imparting skills; he is sharing a part of his transformative journey, encouraging and guiding others towards their own path of holistic wellness and enlightenment.

Jordan has 17 years of experience working within the health and wellness industry as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Breathwork coach. Jordan is passionate about supporting others in removing what holds them back, and directing their energy towards a more fulfilling experience of life through their authentic selves.

How to get prepared for the session:

  • What to bring:
    Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Optionally you can bring a blanket and a blindfold.
  • Be punctual:
    We will start on time. Please arrive 30-45 minutes before the event begins to find the best spot in the room. We will close the door 5 minutes after the start time and it will be impossible for us to let in more participants.
  • Clothes:
    Bring comfortable, layered clothing.
  • Diet:
    It's best not to eat 2 hours before the event.
  • After the event:
    We recommend spending the rest of the day in a relaxed state to fully integrate the effects of the event.
