About this Workshop
Embracing your inner child can allow you to experience life with full capacity by connecting with your authentic self.
The inner child refers to the hidden fragments of the personality that is childlike, with joyful, spontaneous, creative, angry, impulsive, scared and hurt characteristics coming from childhood. Even though we grow up to be adults, deep inside, we keep the trapped emotions of anger, fear, and rejection from our childhood. Unconsciously we are highly affected by these traumas and feelings and they keep us from maturing. Reconnecting with the inner child can open the possibility of understanding our unresolved feelings, suppressed needs and unreached potential.
Getting in touch with your inner child isn’t a sign of immaturity or a lack of desire to progress. Instead, it may make it simpler to comprehend your adult life, recover from past traumas, and face future difficulties with kindness toward yourself. It’s important to take care of our “inner child” so we can remember we’re not bad or broken people. By rediscovering the inner child, you can get in touch with the purest form of your creativity, joy and love.
Breathwork is an amazing tool to work with the inner child because it gives you a unique opportunity to reconnect and reconsider childhood traumas with the strength and wisdom of your adult gaze.
Join Lisa to reparent your wounded inner child and give your inner child the love it’s been waiting for.
