About this Workshop
Breathwork practices often involve rhythmic, deep, and conscious breathing combined with visualization and meditation. This process aims to clear energetic blockages, awaken the subtle energy centers (chakras), and facilitate the Kundalini’s ascent through the central energy channel (sushumna). It’s crucial to approach Kundalini breathwork with mindfulness and respect, as the powerful energy release can lead to profound spiritual experiences and personal transformation.
In this workshop, Alexis will guide you to raise Kundalini using specific breathing techniques to awaken and activate the dormant Kundalini energy, which is believed to reside at the base of the spine. Through controlled and focused breath patterns, practitioners aim to stimulate the flow of vital energy (prana) along the body’s energy channels (nadis), facilitating the upward movement of Kundalini.
