About this Workshop
Self-love comes naturally. We are all self-loving from birth. We only need to go back to where we started. Radical self-love involves unlearning harmful self-images and replacing them with self-acceptance and compassion. A sense of oneness, bliss, surrender, and deep safety can be experienced in Tantra.
Tantra shifts the focus from unhealthy negative thoughts of unworthiness to feelings of self-love. With Tantric practices, you can connect with your divine self. Many people report feeling connected with themselves, others, and the universe after they invite Tantra into their lives. In a culture that places such a high value on work, perfection, and attractiveness, loving yourself is one of the most radical things you can do. There are so many of us who struggle with the idea that we are flawed or unworthy. However, these unhealthy feelings have the potential to hurt us over time and can even trigger serious mental illnesses like depression.
Radical self-love entails accepting and appreciating all aspects of who you are, including whatever flaws you may have. Your entire outlook and attitude can change if you decide to practice radical self-love. We are rejecting all we have been taught to dislike about ourselves when we decide to genuinely love ourselves. We are paving a fresh, compassionate road to fulfillment.
