About this Workshop
Sometimes we become our biggest enemy… A personal lie is the most negative or limiting thought that a person can have about themselves and the universe. The personal lie dictates the way we create and interpret our reality. Until we heal our conscious and unconscious memories, we will continue to support this lie. Until it is unmasked and healed, the personal lie can lead to self-sabotage. Internalized guilt, fear, and shame can manifest themselves in self-sabotage patterns.
Healthy guilt encourages us to get along with others, improve ourselves, and build self-esteem. However, toxic guilt is self-destructive and can sabotage our goals and relationships. It lowers our self-esteem and makes us easy targets for blame and manipulation.
Join us in this workshop to get to the root of your self-sabotage patterns!
