About this Workshop

Sensuality encompasses all the bodily and sensory pleasures, which are not necessarily limited to sexual ones. By heightening your sensuality, you can be more in tune with the flow of life and open up to the small pleasures and big wonders it is throwing your way.

Breathwork activates the vagus nerve which is one of the nerve pathways our sensual energy travels through the body. Deep breathing calms the nervous system as well as stimulates sensuality. This workshop will help you start feeling your heart and body opening up to experience life fully. The pelvic floor can be stimulated by this sensuous breathing technique and activate your Kundalini energy.

Life is so much more colourful eversince! Since 2018, she is working in conscious spaces. The focus lies on genuinely relating to yourself and to others, releasing and transforming internal blockages, and explore underlying oneness, and the ongoing movement of Life. She looks forward to being with you!

How to prepare for the session:

  • It is best not to eat a big meal before the session
  • Set up a quiet space where you will be undisturbed for the session
  • Make sure that you have access to a yoga mat, cushions, bolsters, blankets, a blindfold (optional) and tissues
  • Join the session on time to not miss the instructions of the techniques we will be using
  • You will need a good internet connection and a good speaker or headphones because we will play music
  • Bring a notebook / journal and a pen, crayons, markers, etc
  • You can also bring a drink of cacao, herbal tea or water
