About this Workshop
Vagus nerve holds the key to assisting the nervous system in transitioning to a calm and more controlled state. Your vagus nerve is probably weak if you have a stressed-out nervous system. It may be difficult to control your emotions and triggers as a result.
The vagus nerve is the principal nerve of the parasympathetic nervous system, which is in charge of assisting the body in regaining equilibrium. This is why it is more difficult for someone to control their emotions if their vagus nerve is weak. One of the longest nerve branches in the body, the vagus nerve transmits data from our important organs back to the brain. A higher vagal tone is linked to emotional balance and resilience. Fortunately, there are ways to support emotional stability called vagal toning.
Join Sara to learn how to tone your vagal nerve using bodywork!
