Is this a coaching platform?

Yes, we do offer life coaching through specially tailored programs designed to help meet your self-development goals. But our service is so much more than that.

You’ll also be able to chat directly though our mobile app, attend virtual retreats, partake in online master classes, and take advantage of other neat benefits. For instance, Diamond members will be invited to an annual “life celebration” retreat in a secret, exotic location.


Is this a platform for only women?

Not at all. While some of our program descriptions may specifically address women, that’s only because we value female empowerment. After all, who doesn’t want a more equal world? However, we want men to feel welcome too, and we hope they’ll join us on their self-development journey.

Is this platform associated with any specific religion, political party, etc.?


At InnerCamp, we believe there are many different ways to transform your life, create happiness, and find purpose. We’re non-dogmatic and not committed to any specific religion or viewpoint, only to self-development and personal improvement. No matter where you’re from or what your beliefs are, we want you to feel welcome.


How can I participate in the Life Celebration Retreat?

To receive an invite, you need to be a Diamond member for at least 8 months. You can read more about the retreat here.


How do I cancel a Program or Membership?

We make cancellation and refunds as easy and hassle-free as possible. Simply contact support to proceed with the cancellation.

For programs, if you cancel within 15 days of purchase, you’ll receive a refund for 50% of the purchase price.

Memberships can be canceled without charge within the 3-day trial period. Once you’ve started your paid membership, it can still be canceled at any time, but your membership will continue for the rest of the month that you paid for.

For instance, if your membership starts on January 15th and you cancel on January 22nd, your membership will continue until February 14th – but you won’t be charged again.

What are the master classes? What are the virtual classes?

Our master classes are free online classes, where we invite one of our experts to share with you the ins and outs, tips and tricks of their area of specialization.

Virtual classes, on the other hand, are part of specific programs and directly address the course’s subject matter. You’ll have access to them if you purchase the program, or if you’re a Gold or Diamond member.


How can I use the mobile app?

The mobile app is only available to members and people who’ve purchased a program or are Gold / Diamond members. If you haven’t done so already, you can find out more on our Programs page.

With the app, you’ll be able to ask questions and send documents or ideas directly to your coach, and they’ll respond as they have time. This isn’t a replacement for your coaching sessions, so please try to limit it to the occasional, pertinent message and don’t bombard your coach with every thought that pops into your head 😉 You’ll have plenty of time for more detailed conversations during your scheduled coaching sessions.


Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. However, downgrades will only take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

For example, if your membership billing period started on January 15th and you upgrade on January 25th, it will become effective immediately. If you downgrade on January 25th, the downgrade will apply to your next billing period, starting February 15th.


Where can I take the coaching sessions?

If you purchased a program or you are a Gold / Diamond member, you can schedule coaching sessions from the booking calendar under your account dashboard.

In what language can I take my coaching session?

Coaching sessions are available in both English and Spanish. When you purchase a program or membership, you’ll be able to choose your language on the checkout screen.


Will I get a diploma when I finish a course?

You sure will! Once you’ve finished the program and passed the tests, you’ll receive a diploma to commemorate your achievement. You can show it off to your friends, put it on a resume, or just keep it as a personal reminder of your efforts towards self-improvement.
