In this assignment, we work with the throat chakra.

– Times when you were scared to speak or express yourself?

– List your creative ideas & the reason why you’re not working on them

– List what you will do today to balance your throat chakra

– Create a couple of affirmations that will help you balance your throat chakra

Daily Healing Practice

Sit on your heels with your knees wide open and place your hands on the floor in front of you. Take in a deep breath through your nose, and as you exhale, open your mouth wide, stick out your tongue, and say the word ‘HAAAA …’ emphasizing the ‘HA …’ on the exhale. Pretend to be roaring like a lion. This may feel a little silly in the beginning but it’s a very effective way to clear the throat. Not only that, It also generates confidence from within.

Practice this exercise for 5-10 minutes.
