– Create a couple of affirmations that will help you balance your third eye chakra

Daily Healing Practice

Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and observe your breath. Breathe deep but gently, don’t try to force your breathing. Imagine a blue color light glowing on the third eye chakra region. Imagine your breath providing
the life-force energy to that area.
Keep your body still and meditate for about 10 to 15 minutes till you start feeling relaxed.
