Week 8. Healing sexual energy: 5 days activation Copy

Day 1

Prepare a nice space for yourself and light a candle. Bring your awareness to your hip and pelvic area and breathe into this (you can move your pelvis backwards and forward to help it moving up). Connect with your sexual energy and feel where it is in your body. Observe the energy and connect with it. Can you allow the energy to let it move up and through you?

Day 2

Create a nice environment for yourself. Stand up and circle your hips in different directions. Keep doing this for 5 minutes, trying different moves, circles. Notice what you are feeling.

Day 3

Dance naked in front of a mirror and look to yourself. Notice if you feel comfortable or not. If you feel uncomfortable, keep practicing this until you feel a change.

Day 4

Put on some music for yourself and set the intention to connect with your sexual energy. Find an active song for yourself that helps to shake your hips, and then find a song that is soft and smoothening. Dance freely and use the music to express your sexual energy and feel how it moves through you.

Repeat the first practice and notice the differences within yourself between the beginning of this week and the end of the week.
