- Find a quiet position. If you want, you can do a 10-minute breathwork practice like we have done in the live session. Focussing on the breathing into the pelvic area and setting the intention to connect with your sexual energy.
- Connect with your hip and pelvic area and your sexual energy.
- Start to move your hips backwards and forward and visualize, feel or know that you are moving the energy up.
- Allow the energy to rise up through your body and move out through your Crown chakra into your energy field.
Please practice this exercise on a daily basis for at least 5 days and send us your conclusions!
