    Yoga mat, Small blanket, Eye mask (blindfold), Notebook and pen, Water bottle

  • Punctuality matters:

    Please join 10–15 minutes early to settle in and check your connection. We’ll begin on time so everyone can arrive fully and share the experience together.

  • Clothing:

    Wear comfortable layers suitable for movement and rest.

  • Dietary suggestion:

    Avoid eating 2 hours before the event for deeper body awareness.

  • Post-event:

    Allow time for quiet integration. Avoid overstimulating environments or digital distractions.

The Holosomatic Method may lead to intense physical and emotional releases. For your safety, you are NOT permitted to participate if you have any of the following conditions:

Neurological & Cardiovascular

  • Epilepsy, seizures
  • Stroke (CVA), transient ischemic attack (TIA)
  • Detached retina, glaucoma
  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • Cardiovascular diseases (heart attack history, arrhythmia, heart failure)
  • Aneurysms (personal or immediate family history)
  • Use of prescription blood thinners
  • Implanted devices such as pacemakers or neurostimulators

Psychiatric & Mental Health

  • Severe mental disorders (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, paranoia, psychosis, dissociative disorders, etc.)
  • Severe anxiety or PTSD without professional support
  • Hospitalization for psychiatric conditions or emotional crisis in the last 10 years
  • Active withdrawal from alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, or other substances
  • Low impulse control

Chronic & Autoimmune Diseases

  • Addison’s disease (adrenal insufficiency)
  • Chronic respiratory conditions (COPD-II, COPD-III)
  • Unstable diabetes (especially Type 1)
  • Severe autoimmune or inflammatory diseases (Lupus, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, advanced Fibromyalgia)
  • Terminal illnesses or chronic conditions with decompensation
  • Cancer (contraindicated during active treatment or advanced stages—consult your doctor if in remission)

Acute & Musculoskeletal Conditions

  • Acute somatic or viral illness
  • Severe adrenal fatigue or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME)
  • Osteoporosis or unhealed injuries
  • Severe chronic pain affecting mobility
  • Major surgery within the past 6 months (especially abdominal, cardiac, or neurological procedures)

Other considerations

  • Pregnancy: Not permitted.
  • Substance Use: Participation is not allowed under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or psychedelics within the last 24 hours.
  • Fasting: Extended fasting (over 24 hours) is contraindicated.
  • Asthma: Permitted only if you bring a prescribed inhaler.
  • Medical Disclosure: You must inform InnerCamp of any relevant treatments, conditions, or medical history that may affect your participation.
