Meet Alexis Alcalá, the founder of InnerCamp and the visionary behind Holosomatic Therapy®.
With over 12 years of experience in Breathwork, Bodywork, and Energy Activation, Alexis blends scientific knowledge with spiritual wisdom, making ancient healing practices accessible and relevant for modern times.
His journey into somatic therapies began after years in the corporate world, where disconnection and health challenges pushed him to seek deeper healing. Traditional therapy and coaching provided insights, but they couldn’t fully address the root causes of his struggles. It was through somatic work that Alexis not only reconnected with his body but also transformed his life and found profound healing beyond what conventional medicine had offered.
During this process, he trained with some of the most respected mentors in the field, deepening his understanding of the body-mind connection and developing his own approach to holistic healing.
In 2018, after facilitating healing experiences for thousands worldwide, Alexis founded InnerCamp with a bold mission: to spread Holosomatic Therapy® across the globe. Since then, InnerCamp has trained over 2,000 therapists and impacted the lives of hundreds of thousands. Today, his focus is on expanding this movement, ensuring that Holosomatic Therapy® reaches communities worldwide and becomes a powerful tool for transformation and healing.

Marjolein Van Ommeren
Marjolein strongly believes that we are all healers, and her holistic approach is based on this foundation. Her mission is to help people raise their vibration and restore balance in their lives by reconnecting them to their inner light. Marjolein promotes the wisdom of the Womb/Hara Awakening, an ancient, self-empowering practice that is all about returning to the Western world’s awareness, helping people reconnect to their true purpose and align their lives.

I took the Cacao Ceremony Facilitator Course and really enjoyed learning so much! It is a course with much information and knowledge without repeating the same things. Preparing for Your Course
What to Bring?
Before you begin your course, you’ll need about 500 grams (1.1 lb) of raw cacao, along with herbs and spices like peppermint, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, clove, and cinnamon. We’ll share some delicious recipes for you to try once you dive into the course material. You might also like to have a special cup that you use throughout your learning experience.

We recommend choosing ceremonial-grade, raw, organic Theobroma cacao that’s intentionally cultivated, ethically blessed, and fair-trade to support local communities and ensure a meaningful experience.
