My InnerCamp Journey – A Transformation from the Inside Out
I don’t say this lightly, InnerCamp changed my life.
When I enrolled in the Holosomatic Breathwork Therapy course in 2024, I was already trained in various healing modalities including breathwork, NLP, hypnotherapy, functional breathing, life coaching, and Time Line Therapy. But something still felt incomplete. Despite my training, my personal healing still had missing pieces, parts of me that were disconnected, unresolved, or quietly suffering under the weight of years of emotional suppression.
What InnerCamp offered was different. The course didn’t just teach me new tools, it taught me to return to myself. One of the most powerful aspects of the training was its deep focus on our own breathwork practice. This wasn’t about theory, it was about doing the work, breathing through the layers, and allowing what was buried to rise.
Through that journey, I uncovered insights I never thought possible.
The most life-altering breakthrough came when I finally understood why I had battled bulimia for years. That understanding landed with such clarity it was as though someone had handed me the final piece of a lifelong puzzle. Suddenly, the chaos of my past made sense. My emotional patterns, my coping mechanisms, the way I showed up in the world, they all had roots I could now see and begin to heal.
I can honestly say that for the first time, I felt free. And when you feel that kind of inner freedom, it doesn’t just change how you feel, it changes how you live.
Professionally, this experience became the spark I didn’t even know I was waiting for. InnerCamp helped me step fully into my calling. I launched my own wellbeing business shortly after completing the course, and since then I’ve run six sold-out retreats, each one a space for others to go deep, to breathe, to feel, and to transform.
But more than the business success, what moves me most is what I’m witnessing in others. I’m seeing people release years of chronic stress and trauma, access inner wisdom they never knew they had, and experience breakthroughs that ripple through every area of their lives. To be part of that, to hold space for that, is an honour I carry with gratitude.
The truth is, most people aren’t living, they’re surviving. That was me too. It took a funeral to wake me up, to realise that I had buried myself under the weight of expectation, performance, and pain. That moment shattered the illusion that there would always be more time, and it forced me to truly live, to apply everything I’d ever learned, not just for myself, but to help others do the same.
If you’re reading this and wondering if InnerCamp is for you, here’s what I’ll say: If you're ready to meet yourself, breathe through your fear, heal your past, and rise into your purpose, this is the place.
This training isn’t just professional development. It’s personal evolution.
And it just might change your life too.
