What is the Holosomatic Method/Therapy?

"The Holosomatic Method is an integrative approach to healing and self-development that works with the connection between the mind, body, and energy system. It combines breathwork, bodywork, and energy practices to help release stored emotions, regulate the nervous system, and promote holistic well-being.

This method views the body as an intelligent system capable of self-healing when given the right tools and awareness. Through guided techniques, participants can safely explore emotional patterns, increase body awareness, and cultivate a deeper sense of balance and vitality."

What does “Holosomatic” mean?

The term “holosomatic” combines “holo” (whole) and “somatic” (relating to the body). Holosomatic Therapy® is a registered brand by InnerCamp, representing a holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and energy for comprehensive healing and personal transformation.

What is Holosomatic Breathwork®?

Holosomatic Breathwork® goes far beyond traditional breathwork. This immersive practice blends ancient spiritual techniques with modern neuroscience, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and somatic therapies to promote full-spectrum holistic healing and personal transformation.

What does Holosomatic Breathwork® therapy/method integrate?

Holosomatic Breathwork® is a deeply immersive experience that integrates binaural beats, sound frequencies, affirmations, visualizations, pranayama, and other practices or techniques to reprogram the subconscious and regulate the autonomic nervous system. By activating yogic energetic locks, it facilitates profound emotional release, deep insights, and lasting transformation, enhancing vitality for both practitioners and clients.

What are the benefits of Holosomatic Breathwork® therapy?

Holosomatic Breathwork® is designed to enhance personal empowerment by helping release negative patterns and emotional imprints from the past. Using advanced rhythmic breathing techniques combined with the latest scientific insights, this method activates the body, transcends the ego mind, and accesses the subconscious, supporting deep emotional release, clarity, and holistic transformation.

What type of clients can benefit from this therapy?

Holosomatic Breathwork® attracts clients seeking:

- Healing from trauma and emotional blockages for a more balanced life.

- Enhanced physical performance, energy, and resilience — ideal for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

- Exploration of Kundalini energy to unlock inner potential and vitality.

- Natural approaches to improve sleep, well-being, and detoxification.

- Profound mystical or psychedelic-like experiences to support personal growth.

This method not only helps clear energetic blockages and release trauma but also reprograms the mind, aligning body, mind, and spirit for lasting resilience and well-being.

Which Kundalini activation techniques are used in this program?

Our program prioritizes safety and readiness rather than unfocused activation. We use a holistic approach combining energy field activation, chakra balancing, breathwork, meditation, somatic techniques, and tantric practices to safely prepare the body, release blockages, and support overall well-being during the Kundalini journey.

Is the Holosomatic Energy® Therapy a Kundalini Activation/Awakening training?

No. Holosomatic Energy® Therapy is a holistic, trauma-informed program that integrates Tantra, breathwork, somatic techniques, and modern psychology. While it includes mindful energy practices, it is not a Kundalini activation or awakening course.

What is the difference between Holosomatic Breathwork, Bodywork, and Energy Training?

Holosomatic Breathwork® focuses on rhythmic breathing techniques, subconscious reprogramming, and emotional release to enhance personal empowerment and holistic well-being.

Holosomatic Bodywork® centers on somatic and bodywork techniques to release trauma, improve body awareness, and restore balance in the mind-body connection.

Holosomatic Energy® integrates Tantra, breathwork, somatic methods, and modern psychology to work with energetic blockages, trauma release, and alignment of body, mind, and spirit.

Each program has a distinct focus, but all three are complementary and grounded in trauma-informed, holistic practices.

What is the difference between Holosomatic Energy training and the Tantra Facilitator Training?

Holosomatic Energy® Training emphasizes energy work, trauma-informed practices, and holistic alignment.

Tantra Facilitator Training focuses specifically on facilitating Tantra practices, guiding participants through Tantric rituals, breathwork, and energy exercises in a safe and ethical way.

The Tantra Facilitator Training is more specialized in teaching and guiding others in Tantric modalities, whereas Holosomatic Energy® Training has a broader holistic energy approach.

What is a City Retreat?

A City Retreat at InnerCamp is a one-day or two-day immersive experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself and recharge your energy without leaving your city. It combines powerful holistic practices such as Holosomatic Breathwork®, movement, meditation, and energy activation, all guided by expert facilitators. These retreats offer the depth and transformation of a full retreat experience — condensed into a single day — making it perfect for those who seek inner growth, healing, and community connection within an urban setting.

How is it different from your other workshops or trainings?

"Our City Retreats differ from other InnerCamp workshops and trainings in both depth and structure. While regular workshops typically focus on one specific practice (such as Breathwork or Bodywork) and last a few hours, a City Retreat is a full-day immersive journey that combines multiple Holosomatic® modalities — including breathwork, movement, meditation, and energy work — for a more profound transformational experience.

Unlike our Facilitator Trainings, which are educational and certification-based, City Retreats are experiential and personal, designed for self-exploration, healing, and connection rather than professional development. It’s an ideal experience if you want to go deeper into your personal growth in a single, powerful day."

In which cities are the retreats held?

Our City Retreats are currently held in various major cities across Europe. We are continuously expanding and, in the future, we plan to bring our events to locations outside of Europe as well.

How long does a City Retreat last?

What is included in the retreat ticket?

The retreat ticket typically includes all scheduled activities, meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the event.

Do I need prior experience to attend?

Not at all. Our City Retreats are open to everyone — beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

How many people join a City Retreat?

Group sizes typically range from 100 to 250 participants, creating a powerful and supportive group energy while maintaining a sense of personal connection.
