In the online format, the training unfolds over four months with 16 or 18 live Zoom sessions (2 to 2.5 hours each) where you practice the energetic techniques and connect with your intuition and energy alongside instructors and classmates. In the hybrid format, the practice happens in a 5-day in-person intensive, followed by a 4-month online course covering theory, assignments, and facilitation strategy. Both routes lead to the Holosomatic® Energy Facilitator diploma, and both allow up to seven months to complete.

If you want to work with the body first, releasing deeper layers of trauma and preparing the system for subtler energetic work, take Holosomatic® Bodywork.

How many students are in each cohort?

Yes. The exam checks that you can organize and guide sessions, use the terminology correctly, and apply the knowledge in real situations with real participants.

Will I become a trauma-informed energy facilitator?

Yes. Trauma-informed practice runs through the whole training. You study trauma's psychological and physiological dimensions, learn to support clients carrying PTSD, CPTSD, panic attacks, or experiences of sexual abuse, and learn how to prevent re-traumatization, which is essential in energy work, where releases can surface without warning. The goal is facilitation that is sensitive, effective, and safe.

Yes. The study material is yours to pace within the deadlines, and slower is often deeper. The scheduled live sessions are the fixed points: attendance is required, and they keep you anchored to your instructors and group. All told, you have up to seven months to complete the four-month training.

Is there a deadline to complete the training?

Yes: three months after the program officially ends. That window is the final extension for completing the course on the platform and receiving your certification.

Are the assignments mandatory?

Yes, they are required for certification. They are also where much of the integration happens: working the theory and methods through your own experience, week by week. Give them real attention and they give back.

What are the Students Facilitating Sessions? Are they mandatory?

These are the sessions where you take the facilitator's seat and guide fellow students and friends, and all of them are mandatory. You can also invite one or two friends to practice with at home. There is no substitute for facilitating actual people; these sessions are where the training becomes a skill.

What if I can't participate in the Students Facilitating Sessions?

Only in exceptional cases, and only once, can a recording replace live participation: you film yourself facilitating a session and submit it with prior written approval from the InnerCamp team. I've never taken an online course before. Is this right for me?

First online course, and on something as experiential as energy work. The doubt makes sense. The format is built for interaction: video lectures, discussion boards, and live sessions where you practice, ask, and receive feedback directly. Content is open to you anytime, anywhere, so the study bends around your schedule within the deadlines.

What are the contraindications for Holosomatic® Method and Holosomatic® Energy?

Holosomatic® Method can involve intense physical and emotional releases. For your safety, you may NOT participate if you have any of the following conditions: Neurological and cardiovascular: epilepsy or seizures, stroke (CVA) or transient ischemic attacks (TIAs), detached retina, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease (heart attack history, arrhythmia, heart failure), aneurysm (personal or immediate family history), prescription blood thinners, implanted medical devices (pacemakers, neurostimulators). Psychiatric and mental health: severe mental disorders (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, paranoia, psychotic episodes, depersonalization, dissociative disorders and similar), severe anxiety or PTSD without professional support, psychiatric hospitalization or emotional crisis within the past 10 years, active substance withdrawal (alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines or other drugs), low impulse control. Chronic and autoimmune conditions: Addison's disease (adrenal insufficiency), chronic respiratory disease (COPD-II, COPD-III), unstable diabetes (especially Type 1), severe autoimmune or inflammatory disease (Lupus, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, severe Fibromyalgia), terminal illness or chronic disease with decompensation, cancer during active treatment or in advanced stages (if in remission, consult your doctor). Acute and musculoskeletal conditions: acute somatic or viral illness, severe adrenal fatigue or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME), osteoporosis or unhealed injuries, severe chronic pain affecting movement, major surgery within the last 6 months (especially abdominal, heart, or neurological). What are the requirements to get certified as an energy facilitator?

Attend at least 75% of the required Level 1 live sessions (you can miss 1–2 out of 8) and 100% of the required Level 2 live sessions if you are enrolled in the online training. 2. Attend all in-person activities and facilitate during all live onsite sessions if you are enrolled in the hybrid training. 3. Complete the full course (Level 1 + Level 2) on our e-learning platform, with all assignments approved by InnerCamp. This requirement applies to both online and hybrid training students. 4. Complete at least 75% of Level 1, including lessons and assignments, before starting Level 2 if you are enrolled in the online training. 5. Facilitate during all student facilitation sessions, both online and onsite, if you are enrolled in the online training. 6. Keep your camera on during live sessions and actively participate in the classes and practices if you are enrolled in the online training. 7. Complete any additional assignments or exams that InnerCamp considers necessary for evaluation. This requirement applies to both online and hybrid training students. These requirements exist so you actually practice, not just study. Certification means you have done the work.

How do I become a certified energy facilitator with InnerCamp?

How many hours per week should I plan for?

Reserve 12 to 15 hours per week for the online course, including Zoom sessions. Community activities are optional, and worthwhile when you can join them.

Do I need to attend all live sessions of the online training?

Plan for all of them, and check the scheduled dates before booking. The minimum is 75% attendance for Level 1 live sessions (you can miss 1–2 of the 8) and 100% for Level 2.

What if I cannot keep up with my current course, can I move my spot to the next edition and start over?

We understand that sometimes life can get in the way of our educational pursuits and that it can be difficult to keep up with course requirements in some circumstances. If you don't pass an assignment, don’t worry! You can retake the assignments as many times as you need at no additional cost. To make sure you are well prepared, please handle each module’s assignments seriously, revise your notes, and study all materials on our e-learning platform.
