Junior Customer Service Representative

About the role

InnerCamp is a global wellness company offering transformational experiences, trainings, and workshops that help people reconnect with their essence and heal from within. 

We’re now looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative with strong Virtual Assistant skills - someone kind, organized, and eager to grow. 

You’ll be the first point of contact for our students and clients, creating a warm, supportive, and efficient experience throughout their journey. You’ll also help keep our operations running smoothly through various administrative and coordination tasks.

What you’ll do

Customer Service

• Communicate with customers via email, chat, phone, or social media

• Provide clear and accurate information about our programs and events

• Follow up on requests and ensure timely, caring resolutions

• Support students with account or payment issues

• Track interactions and feedback to help improve our customer experience

Virtual Assistant Support

• Manage and update internal files, spreadsheets, and documents

• Support event coordination (online and onsite)

• Maintain and organize databases, CRMs, and content platforms

• Assist with reports, workflow optimization, and department projects

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or a similar role

• Fluent English (C1+ written & spoken)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy

• Reliable, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely

• Kindness, empathy, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are a must 💛

Bonus points if you

• Have previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in wellness-related industries

Work schedule

Full-time: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday). This is a remote position based in Estonia under an employment contract.
