Training Manager

We are looking for an exceptional Training Manager to elevate the quality, structure, and delivery of our programs. This is not a standard administrative or support role. We want someone who is hungry to grow, passionate about excellence, and committed to creating world-class learning experiences.

You’ll work directly with Alexis on shaping and refining our trainings, supervising live classes, supporting teachers and students, and ensuring that the InnerCamp experience consistently exceeds expectations. What you’ll do

• Oversee the full lifecycle of our trainings, from planning to delivery to student experience

• Improve the clarity, structure, and impact of lessons, scripts, and assignments

• Supervise live classes and workshops, supporting teachers and ensuring smooth execution

• Assist students with access to sessions and troubleshoot live learning needs

• Monitor quality, student engagement, and teacher performance during classes

• Gather and interpret feedback to implement meaningful upgrades

• Research new methodologies, tools, and somatic practices to expand our curriculum

• Coordinate schedules, launches, updates, and content production with Alexis

• Help ensure every program session feels safe, inspiring, and professionally delivered

Who we’re looking for

• Experience in training management, coaching, online learning, or educational program development

• Ideally familiar with InnerCamp and our methodologies (graduates encouraged to apply)

• High attention to detail and a mindset of excellence. Mediocre is not an option.

• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented — someone who over-delivers

• Strong communication skills in English

• Comfortable managing live sessions and guiding teachers and students

• Available occasionally on weekends or evenings when classes take place

• Passionate about personal growth, somatics, breathwork, embodiment, psychology, and community learning

• Thrives in a remote environment and works well across time zones (European time zone preferred)

Work schedule & location

Full-time with flexible hours. Some sessions happen on weekends or evenings, and presence is required during trainings.
Remote — work from anywhere in the world.
