Breath, Body, Energy & Manifestation
Change doesn't start in your head. It starts in your body.
A city retreat built entirely around the Holosomatic® Method, which brings six practices into one arc: breathwork, bodywork, energy activation, manifestation, NLP and mindset work — sequenced across a weekend so each session builds on the last.
When the body lets go of what it has been holding, the mind stops arguing with it — and clarity arrives on its own.

The science behind it
Research shows that conscious breathing, safe somatic touch, and vibrational sound can help regulate the autonomic nervous system, support trauma recovery, and increase neuroplasticity (that's the brain's ability to heal and grow). This retreat is built on that science.
Radboud University Medical Center
Research has shown that controlled breathing combined with cold exposure can influence the autonomic nervous system. It can also dampen the body's inflammatory response—something scientists used to think was outside of our conscious control.
Vagus nerve research
When you breathe slowly and consciously, you increase your vagal tone. This helps shift your body out of a stress state and into the parasympathetic mode needed for rest, digestion, and recovery.
Brighton & Sussex Medical School
Interoception is your ability to sense what's happening inside your body, and it's closely linked to how you regulate your emotions. You can improve this skill with practices that train your attention on breath and body.
