About our events

InnerCamp events let you feel the Holosomatic® Method in person, guided by our facilitators, in cities across Europe.

What is the difference between a City Retreat and an Experience?
An Experience is a single session of a few hours. A City Retreat runs over a weekend and goes deeper, with several sessions combining breathwork, bodywork and energy activation.
Who can join?
Anyone curious, with or without experience. For your safety, please read who should not do breathwork before you book.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, water and an open mind. Each event page lists what is provided at the venue.
Can I practise from home?
Yes. The InnerCamp membership gives you live sessions, replays and guided practices every week.
