You study trauma's psychological and physiological dimensions, learn to support clients carrying PTSD, CPTSD, panic attacks, or experiences of sexual abuse, and learn how to prevent re-traumatization, which is essential in energy work, where releases can surface without warning. The goal is facilitation that is sensitive, effective, and safe.

Holosomatic® Therapy can involve intense physical and emotional releases. For your safety, you may NOT participate if you have any of the following conditions: Neurological and cardiovascular: epilepsy or seizures, stroke (CVA) or transient ischemic attacks (TIAs), detached retina, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease (heart attack history, arrhythmia, heart failure), aneurysm (personal or immediate family history), prescription blood thinners, implanted medical devices (pacemakers, neurostimulators). Psychiatric and mental health: severe mental disorders (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, paranoia, psychotic episodes, depersonalization, dissociative disorders and similar), severe anxiety or PTSD without professional support, psychiatric hospitalization or emotional crisis within the past 10 years, active substance withdrawal (alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines or other drugs), low impulse control. Attend at least 75% of the required Level 1 live sessions (you can miss 1–2 out of 8) and 100% of the required Level 2 live sessions if you are enrolled in the online training. 2. Attend all in-person activities and facilitate during all live onsite sessions if you are enrolled in the hybrid training. 3. Complete the full course (Level 1 + Level 2) on our e-learning platform, with all assignments approved by InnerCamp. This requirement applies to both online and hybrid training students. 4. Complete at least 75% of Level 1, including lessons and assignments, before starting Level 2 if you are enrolled in the online training. 5. Facilitate during all student facilitation sessions, both online and onsite, if you are enrolled in the online training. 6. Keep your camera on during live sessions and actively participate in the classes and practices if you are enrolled in the online training. 7. Complete any additional assignments or exams that InnerCamp considers necessary for evaluation. This requirement applies to both online and hybrid training students. If you cannot participate in the students facilitating sessions, you will need to send us a recording of you facilitating a session. The admin fee for this is 100 EUR per recording.
