Will I become a trauma-informed bodywork facilitator?

Yes, and in bodywork this matters more than anywhere. The training covers the psychology and physiology of trauma, how to work with clients living with PTSD, CPTSD, panic attacks, or experiences of sexual abuse, and above all how to prevent re-traumatization when working directly with the body. You learn to keep sessions sensitive, effective, and safe.

Within the deadlines, yes. The study material is self-paced; taking it slowly is fine, and often better for retention. Live sessions are the exception: they are scheduled and required, and they are what keeps you connected to instructors and classmates. In total you have up to seven months to complete the four-month training.

Yes, they are required for certification. They exist to deepen your grasp of the theory, concepts, and methods, and most students find they double as self-discovery. Treat them as part of the practice, not paperwork.

What are the contraindications for Holosomatic® Therapy and Holosomatic® Bodywork?

Holosomatic® Method can involve intense physical and emotional releases. For your safety, you may NOT participate if you have any of the following conditions: Neurological and cardiovascular: epilepsy or seizures, stroke (CVA) or transient ischemic attacks (TIAs), detached retina, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease (heart attack history, arrhythmia, heart failure), aneurysm (personal or immediate family history), prescription blood thinners, implanted medical devices (pacemakers, neurostimulators). Psychiatric and mental health: severe mental disorders (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, paranoia, psychotic episodes, depersonalization, dissociative disorders and similar), severe anxiety or PTSD without professional support, psychiatric hospitalization or emotional crisis within the past 10 years, active substance withdrawal (alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines or other drugs), low impulse control. Chronic and autoimmune conditions: Addison's disease (adrenal insufficiency), chronic respiratory disease (COPD-II, COPD-III), unstable diabetes (especially Type 1), severe autoimmune or inflammatory disease (Lupus, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, severe Fibromyalgia), terminal illness or chronic disease with decompensation, cancer during active treatment or in advanced stages (if in remission, consult your doctor). Acute and musculoskeletal conditions: acute somatic or viral illness, severe adrenal fatigue or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME), osteoporosis or unhealed injuries, severe chronic pain affecting movement, major surgery within the last 6 months (especially abdominal, heart, or neurological). Complete the full course (Level 1 + Level 2) on our e-learning platform, with all assignments approved by InnerCamp. This requirement applies to both online and hybrid training students. 4. Complete at least 75% of Level 1, including lessons and assignments, before starting Level 2 if you are enrolled in the online training. 5. Facilitate during all student facilitation sessions, both online and onsite, if you are enrolled in the online training. 6. Keep your camera on during live sessions and actively participate in the classes and practices if you are enrolled in the online training. 7. Complete any additional assignments or exams that InnerCamp considers necessary for evaluation. This requirement applies to both online and hybrid training students. I have no facilitation experience. Will I really be ready to guide bodywork sessions after four months?

Yes. Starting from zero is normal here. The program assumes nothing and builds everything: structured guidance, and repeated supervised practice until working with a body in front of you feels grounded rather than daunting. Students begin where it feels right, whether that is friends first or integrating techniques into an existing practice, and many graduates have built full practices from that starting point.

What if I have health concerns about participating?
