Question 1

What is the Holosomatic® Energy facilitator training?

Accepted Answer

The Holosomatic® Energy facilitator training is InnerCamp's advanced 4-month, 300-hour certification program in energy work. It teaches safe, grounded energetic activation and movement — integrating body, mind, and energy — within a trauma-informed frame. Formats: fully online with live Zoom sessions, or hybrid with a 5-day in-person intensive followed by a self-paced online course. Graduates receive the Holosomatic® Energy Facilitator diploma.

Question 2

Who is the energy training for?

Accepted Answer

Holosomatic® Energy is the advanced tier of the Holosomatic® Method — best suited to people who have completed foundational work and are ready for deeper energetic activation. It draws practitioners of breathwork and bodywork who want to extend their range, holistic facilitators adding energy techniques, and people drawn to kundalini activation who want a safe, structured container for energy awakening. There are no formal prerequisites, but foundational experience helps you get the most from it.

Question 3

How does the hybrid energy training work?

Accepted Answer

Practice first, theory after. The 5-day onsite intensive holds all the experiential and practical work; then a 4-month self-paced online course covers the theory. The energetic techniques are learned in the room, with a facilitator present; the study fits around your schedule.

Question 4

Where do the onsite energy trainings take place, and when can I start?

Accepted Answer

The 5-day in-person intensives are held at retreat venues in Spain and other international destinations; the exact venue is confirmed for each edition. Online editions start several times a year. Current start dates for both formats are listed on the course page.

Question 5

Does the hybrid training include live Zoom sessions?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything practical is covered during the 5-day in-person intensive. Live Zoom sessions are a feature of the fully online training only.

Question 6

Are virtual workshops included in the training?

Accepted Answer

No. They sit outside the training programs, available through the InnerCamp membership (€19.99 / £19.99 / $24.99 a month).

Question 7

What is the difference between the online and the hybrid energy training?

Accepted Answer

In the online format, the training unfolds over four months with 16 or 18 live Zoom sessions (2 to 2.5 hours each) where you practice the energetic techniques and connect with your intuition and energy alongside instructors and classmates. In the hybrid format, the practice happens in a 5-day in-person intensive, followed by a 4-month online course covering theory, assignments, and facilitation strategy. Both routes lead to the Holosomatic® Energy Facilitator diploma, and both allow up to seven months to complete.

Question 8

Which Holosomatic® Method training should I take: Breath, Body, or Energy?

Accepted Answer

Holosomatic® Energy is for participants who have completed foundational work and are ready for advanced energetic activation and movement. It is the program that integrates body, mind, and energy for higher-level growth. If you are new to healing practices, start with Holosomatic® Breathwork, the foundational program for inner connection, emotional regulation, and focused attention. If you want to work with the body first, releasing deeper layers of trauma and preparing the system for subtler energetic work, take Holosomatic® Bodywork.

Question 9

How many students are in each cohort?

Accepted Answer

We work with small, exclusive cohorts of up to 20-30 students (depending on the cohort), allowing for a more personal and supportive learning experience. Spots are limited and each edition has limited availability, so we recommend reserving your place early.

Question 10

Does the training include a final exam?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The exam checks that you can organize and guide sessions, use the terminology correctly, and apply the knowledge in real situations with real participants.

Question 11

Will I become a trauma-informed energy facilitator?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Trauma-informed practice runs through the whole training. You study trauma's psychological and physiological dimensions, learn to support clients carrying PTSD, CPTSD, panic attacks, or experiences of sexual abuse, and learn how to prevent re-traumatization, which is essential in energy work, where releases can surface without warning. The goal is facilitation that is sensitive, effective, and safe.

Question 12

Do I keep access to the course after completing it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for life. Return to any module, or the entire training, whenever you wish.

Question 13

Is the energy facilitator training accredited?

Accepted Answer

Yes. InnerCamp trainings hold accreditation from the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and CPD recognition, and InnerCamp is a member of the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF).

Question 14

How long does the energy facilitator training take?

Accepted Answer

Four months of structured study covering a 300-hour curriculum, with up to seven months in total if you need the extra room.

Question 15

Do you provide business or marketing support for facilitators?

Accepted Answer

Business tools and templates for organizing your sessions and events are included. The program itself, though, is a holistic facilitator training — not a business or marketing course.

Question 16

Can I participate if I'm pregnant?

Accepted Answer

No. The Holosomatic® trainings are not suitable during pregnancy.

Question 17

Can I move through the course at my own pace?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The study material is yours to pace within the deadlines, and slower is often deeper. The scheduled live sessions are the fixed points: attendance is required, and they keep you anchored to your instructors and group. All told, you have up to seven months to complete the four-month training.

Question 18

Is there a deadline to complete the training?

Accepted Answer

Yes: three months after the program officially ends. That window is the final extension for completing the course on the platform and receiving your certification.

Question 19

Are the assignments mandatory?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they are required for certification. They are also where much of the integration happens: working the theory and methods through your own experience, week by week. Give them real attention and they give back.

Question 20

What are the Students Facilitating Sessions? Are they mandatory?

Accepted Answer

These are the sessions where you take the facilitator's seat and guide fellow students and friends, and all of them are mandatory. You can also invite one or two friends to practice with at home. There is no substitute for facilitating actual people; these sessions are where the training becomes a skill.

Question 21

What if I can't participate in the Students Facilitating Sessions?

Accepted Answer

Only in exceptional cases, and only once, can a recording replace live participation: you film yourself facilitating a session and submit it with prior written approval from the InnerCamp team. The admin fee is 100 USD per recording, mandatory and non-refundable. Requests go to contact@innercamp.com, answered within 24–48 hours. See Terms of Service, Section 4.

Question 22

I've never taken an online course before. Is this right for me?

Accepted Answer

First online course, and on something as experiential as energy work. The doubt makes sense. The format is built for interaction: video lectures, discussion boards, and live sessions where you practice, ask, and receive feedback directly. Content is open to you anytime, anywhere, so the study bends around your schedule within the deadlines.

Question 23

What are the contraindications for Holosomatic® Method and Holosomatic® Energy?

Accepted Answer

Holosomatic® Method can involve intense physical and emotional releases. For your safety, you may NOT participate if you have any of the following conditions: Neurological and cardiovascular: epilepsy or seizures, stroke (CVA) or transient ischemic attacks (TIAs), detached retina, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease (heart attack history, arrhythmia, heart failure), aneurysm (personal or immediate family history), prescription blood thinners, implanted medical devices (pacemakers, neurostimulators). Psychiatric and mental health: severe mental disorders (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, paranoia, psychotic episodes, depersonalization, dissociative disorders and similar), severe anxiety or PTSD without professional support, psychiatric hospitalization or emotional crisis within the past 10 years, active substance withdrawal (alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines or other drugs), low impulse control. Chronic and autoimmune conditions: Addison's disease (adrenal insufficiency), chronic respiratory disease (COPD-II, COPD-III), unstable diabetes (especially Type 1), severe autoimmune or inflammatory disease (Lupus, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, severe Fibromyalgia), terminal illness or chronic disease with decompensation, cancer during active treatment or in advanced stages (if in remission, consult your doctor). Acute and musculoskeletal conditions: acute somatic or viral illness, severe adrenal fatigue or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME), osteoporosis or unhealed injuries, severe chronic pain affecting movement, major surgery within the last 6 months (especially abdominal, heart, or neurological). Also note: - Pregnancy: pregnant women may not practice Holosomatic® Method. - Substance use: no participation within 24 hours of alcohol, drugs, or psychedelics. - Fasting: no participation after fasting for the past 48 hours. - Asthma: allowed only if you bring your inhaler. - Medical disclosure: you must inform your facilitator of any treatments, procedures, or conditions that may affect your session. Holosomatic® Method is deeply experiential, and releases can be intense and unpredictable. If you are unsure, consult a medical professional before participating. Your safety comes first.

Question 24

Why train with InnerCamp?

Accepted Answer

A few honest reasons: - More than 2,500 students trained, across 45 countries, across Breathwork, Bodywork and Energy. - Deep 300-hour curriculum, covering breathing psychology, scientific principles, practical methods, and the professional skills of facilitation, all within a trauma-informed frame. - CPD-accredited course, from a CMA Registered Training School and IBF member school. - Trainers with more than 10 years of experience working with clients and facilitators worldwide. - Healing, not gurus. We care about your growth as a practitioner, not about building anyone's pedestal. - A trauma-informed approach throughout, so you learn to support clients safely from day one. - Straightforward and down-to-earth methods that bring together science, psychology, and spirituality in a clear, grounded, and practical way.

Question 25

What are the requirements to get certified as an energy facilitator?

Accepted Answer

To be eligible for the Facilitator certification, you need to: 1. Attend at least 75% of the required Level 1 live sessions (you can miss 1–2 out of 8) and 100% of the required Level 2 live sessions if you are enrolled in the online training. 2. Attend all in-person activities and facilitate during all live onsite sessions if you are enrolled in the hybrid training. 3. Complete the full course (Level 1 + Level 2) on our e-learning platform, with all assignments approved by InnerCamp. This requirement applies to both online and hybrid training students. 4. Complete at least 75% of Level 1, including lessons and assignments, before starting Level 2 if you are enrolled in the online training. 5. Facilitate during all student facilitation sessions, both online and onsite, if you are enrolled in the online training. 6. Keep your camera on during live sessions and actively participate in the classes and practices if you are enrolled in the online training. 7. Complete any additional assignments or exams that InnerCamp considers necessary for evaluation. This requirement applies to both online and hybrid training students. These requirements exist so you actually practice, not just study. Certification means you have done the work.

Question 26

How do I become a certified energy facilitator with InnerCamp?

Accepted Answer

Enroll in the Holosomatic® Energy training, online or hybrid. Over four months you move through the curriculum, complete the weekly assignments, attend the required live sessions, facilitate in the students facilitating sessions, and pass the final exam. With all requirements approved, you receive the Holosomatic® Energy Facilitator diploma and can begin guiding sessions straight away.

Question 27

What certification do I receive after the energy training?

Accepted Answer

The Holosomatic® Energy Facilitator diploma from InnerCamp, certifying your proficiency in Holosomatic® Energy.

Question 28

Do I need prior experience or prerequisites to join?

Accepted Answer

No formal prerequisites. The program guides you from foundations through to advanced practice, and all levels are welcome. Since this is the most advanced of the three Holosomatic® trainings, previous foundational work (breathwork, bodywork, or similar) is an advantage, though not a requirement.

Question 29

Can I start facilitating energy sessions right after certification?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from the day your diploma arrives. Our advice is to start soon: facilitation is where everything you learned integrates.

Question 30

Can I get insurance to practice after certification?

Choose your training date (Online or Hybrid), click “Book Now”, and complete checkout. You’ll immediately get onboarding details so you know exactly how to prepare.

Question 32

Do I need to keep my camera on during live sessions?

Accepted Answer

Question 33

How many hours per week should I plan for?

Accepted Answer

Reserve 12 to 15 hours per week for the online course, including Zoom sessions. Community activities are optional, and worthwhile when you can join them.

Question 34

Do I need to attend all live sessions of the online training?

Accepted Answer

Plan for all of them, and check the scheduled dates before booking. The minimum is 75% attendance for Level 1 live sessions (you can miss 1–2 of the 8) and 100% for Level 2.

Question 35

What if I cannot keep up with my current course, can I move my spot to the next edition and start over?

If the program has started already and you’d like to move your spot to the next edition, you can do so for an additional fee of 300 EUR plus the price difference if any, in accordance with our Terms of Service. Section 9, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

These groups provide online study partners who collaborate on assignments, discuss concepts, and offer mutual support, creating a shared space to deepen understanding and enjoy activities together.

Question 37

What happens if I don't pass the assignments?

Accepted Answer

Our recent graduates have been facilitating online events to put their newly acquired skills into work straight away.

Question 39

I have no prior facilitation experience. Will I be ready to guide sessions after completing the training?

Everyone progresses at their own pace, and we encourage starting where you feel comfortable—whether with close friends, integrating techniques into your existing practice, or offering full sessions.
