“After completing the Holosomatic Bodywork Facilitator Training (Online), I can say that this experience became so much more than just a course or a certification process. I joined this training to deepen my understanding of the body, the nervous system, and trauma-informed approaches, but I found much more than I expected. Throughout this journey, I was deeply touched by the richness and depth of the teachings, the connection between theory and practice, and the quality of the guidance provided by the whole team. What stood out to me was that this supportive and caring environment was present from the very beginning, even before starting the training. My first interactions with Anamaria already reflected the kindness, attentiveness, and care that I later experienced throughout the course. All the teachers were incredible: knowledgeable, compassionate, and present. They guided us with care, shared their expertise generously, and were always available to answer questions and support our learning process. I always felt listened to and supported, not only in my learning but also when facing challenges along the way. I truly felt that the team genuinely wanted us to succeed and was always willing to help us find solutions. The practice sessions were especially valuable in helping me build confidence and feel more prepared to step into this work. I also deeply appreciated the somatic quality of the training itself, as the sense of safety, presence, and connection created within the group reflected the very principles we were learning. A special thank you to Joanna, my course counsellor, whose kindness, presence, and thoughtful feedback had a particularly meaningful impact on my journey. This training has been an important part of my personal and professional journey. I leave with more confidence, deeper understanding, valuable tools, and a strong sense of gratitude.
