“I participated in the InnerCamp breathwork program in Barcelona, and it was truly inspiring and rewarding. Alexis and Jordan taught many different breathwork techniques, shared knowledge, and experiences, all with a lot of compassion, empathy, love, and connection. We practiced a lot over 5 days, and I felt really good with myself and the group. I also met really lovely and passionate people there. I want to thank the InnerCamp team for providing such a great service and experience.”
