“This was my second Holosomatic Breathwork experience with InnerCamp and I’m so pleased to say it was just as exceptional as the first. What stands out is that the experience actually begins before you arrive. The communication leading up to the event is clear and well organized, with thoughtful guidance on how to prepare, which immediately feels reassuring. From the moment you arrive, the team is warm and grounded, and that same level of professionalism and care continues throughout, creating a strong sense of safety and comfort. Alexis is an outstanding facilitator, guiding you through the different breathing exercises with precision and ease, while the team thoughtfully crafts its own frequency-based music to deepen the entire experience. Having tried many breathwork experiences across Amsterdam, none have come close to matching the professionalism, impeccability, and overall impact that InnerCamp delivers. If you’re like me and you’ve been feeling burnt out, overwhelmed by life’s responsibilities, and uncertain about your next step, if deep down you know you need space to breathe, process, and find clarity, listen to that intuition. Give yourself that gift. You won’t regret it.”
