The teachers were skilled, grounded, and clearly experienced, and the rest of the team was just as attentive and caring. One of my favourite things about the course was the way it honoured multiple bodywork traditions. That variety made the learning feel rich and meaningful. If you’re someone who appreciates understanding the roots, history, and science behind a practice, you’ll really enjoy this program. The experiential component was incredibly impactful and helped me rebuild trust in the wisdom of my own body. It’s rare to find a training that is both intellectually grounded and deeply experiential but this program genuinely delivers on both. ”
