“Holosomatic® Breathwork Training - Such an empowering experience I’ve just completed the first 40 hours of the onsite part of the Holosmatic Breath Therapy training, and I can definitely say it has been an incredible experience. I knew it would be deep and intense, but maybe not to this extent. It has been a transformative, awakening, and empowering journey, thanks to Alexis and Jordan. They are not only excellent teachers but also share their knowledge and experience with such passion and generosity, truly aiming to make the world a better place, filled with love and compassion. This onsite training is a perfect blend of practice and theory, of guiding and receiving, allowing us to experiment and experience simultaneously. I’m excited to continue the online training course and dive deeper into all the amazing practices we learned during these five days. Beyond the training, the entire InnerCamp team strives to create a community of fulfilment, love, and mutual support— a community that I’m so grateful to be a part of. As a result, I’m already looking for more opportunities to continue my journey with InnerCamp!
