I first discovered this team through a breathwork session in Birmingham in 2024, and I knew right there this technique has a transformative power. The experience invited self-discovery, emotional and somatic release, chakras activation, and the courage to open fully and trust the process. I am most grateful to the amazing teachers and facilitator: Alexis, Marjolein, Mark which held a deeply safe and compassionate space. Every detail from the practices, music, schedule, food, location, was infused with intention.
