“I’m currently completing my Holosomatic Breathwork Facilitator training with InnerCamp, and one of the most valuable parts of my journey has been having the opportunity to volunteer as part of their workshop team. I’ve now supported 10 workshops across Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Leeds, Liverpool, Birmingham and Manchester, and most recently spent 3 incredible days volunteering at the InnerCamp City Retreat in London. I honestly cannot put into words how much I’ve gained from these experiences! The training itself has been amazing, but being able to put what I’m learning into practice, work alongside experienced facilitators and support participants through their breathwork journeys has taken my learning to a completely different level. Every workshop is different, and every experience teaches me something new. I’ve learned so much about holding space, supporting people through different experiences, being present, and understanding just how important the role of a facilitator really is. The City Retreat in London was particularly special. Watching people come together, form genuine connections, support one another and share such personal experiences was incredible. There were moments I’ll genuinely never forget. I’ve also met some absolutely amazing people along the way, both within the InnerCamp team and through the workshops themselves. I feel so grateful to InnerCamp for giving students the opportunity to gain this kind of practical experience alongside their training. It’s helped me grow so much, both personally and as a facilitator, and has given me even more confidence and passion for the work I’m doing. I’m now looking forward to returning to Malaga in December to complete my in-person Holosomatic Bodywork training, and I honestly can’t wait to continue learning! A massive thank you to everyone at InnerCamp for the opportunities, the support and the experiences. I’m so proud to be part of this community and so excited for everything still to come! ”
