“This Facilitator training has been way better than I wished for and expected. I felt the teachers were both professional and caring. They were committed and made me feel like I am part of a family. I received so much support from the people through my homework and the assignments I had to do. So much additional valuable information was shared with me through the feedbacks on my assignments! Truly grateful for Lisa Jorgensen and Marili, who were checking on me. I found the App quite well organized. It took me a few days to learn its ways of course, but there is so much value in all the modules information and the different exercises, the videos and the written texts. It takes time and commitment to do this training. You can't approach it lightly. I am glad I took the time to carefully read and listen and do all the exercises. I think it is important to be mentally prepared for and important for the learning to do it together. I enjoyed very much the fact that we had different teachers throughout the course, showing up every Friday and doing the sessions was so beneficial! The extra workshops were amazing too. I could experience different approaches to breathwork, which made me comfortable with my own ways at the end, when I started my own classes with clients. I was surprised that some of the assignments were not just breathwork, but personal growth exercises, visualisations and reflection. I enjoyed that part too and I think it was important part of the process. In the training you are studying but you are also invited to embody, to experience all of it and that was amazing! I am already planning to sign for the next training with Inner Camp. Despite that it takes a lot of commitment and serious work, I truly appreciate the knowledge and personal breakthroughs I have experienced through this training. They are so valuable and rare in this world, where everything happens at such fast pace and often quite superficial. You can feel here the organisers encourage and provoke you to extend and grow. I can only say Thank you and I feel Lucky! ”
