“I attended the Holosomatic Breathwork experience in London with Inner Camp and it was honestly one of the most powerful, transformative experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the facilitators created such a safe, grounded, and supportive space that allowed me to fully let go and explore deeper layers of myself. The breathwork journey itself was incredibly moving. I released so much stored emotion and tension — things I didn’t even realise I was still carrying. It felt cathartic, intense in the best way, and deeply healing. The combination of breath, music, guidance, and energy in the room was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself.
