What is Holosomatic® breathwork?

Holosomatic® breathwork combines conscious connected breathing with bodywork, energy activation and music, guided by trained facilitators. Sessions are held lying down, with music through wireless headphones. Many people come to release stress, reconnect with their body, or simply feel more alive.
