What is Holosomatic® breathwork?

Holosomatic® breathwork combines conscious connected breathing with bodywork, energy activation and music, guided by trained facilitators. Sessions are held lying down, with music through wireless headphones. Many people come to release stress, reconnect with their body, or simply feel more alive. Common questions

How much does it cost?

Holosomatic® Experience workshops start from €65 (£65 in the UK); City Retreats from €250; the 4-day Manifestation Retreat in Málaga from €1,200; the membership is €19.99 a month or €199 a year; 300-hour facilitator trainings start from €2,250; self-paced courses cost €399 (Cacao Ceremony Facilitator Training) and €299 (21-Day Activation Program). Event and retreat prices rise as earlier tiers sell out.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets for on-site workshops, city retreats and on-site retreats are non-refundable and can’t be moved to another event, but you can transfer your ticket to another person for the same event. Membership payments are non-refundable, and you can cancel any time. For facilitator trainings, cancelling before the start can mean a full or partial refund or credit, depending on the date and programme, as set out in Section 9 of our Terms of Service.

Who is the Holosomatic® Method not for?

The Holosomatic® Method is not for anyone under 18, during pregnancy, within 24 hours of alcohol, drugs or psychedelics, after fasting for 48 hours, or with a condition on our contraindications list, such as epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma, major surgery in the last 6 months or a severe mental health condition. Is it safe?

Our facilitators are trauma-informed and trained in contraindications, consent and how to support strong reactions. Before you take part, read the contraindications, tell your facilitator about any medical treatment or condition that may affect your session, and ask your doctor if you are unsure. You can always slow down or rest during a session.

What happens after an event or training?

After an event, give yourself quiet time to integrate; many people then keep practising with the membership. After a facilitator training you receive a diploma that is valid for life with no renewal fee, keep lifetime access to the course, and can be listed in the InnerCamp Directory of Facilitators.
