Alexis Alcala, founder of InnerCamp, is an internationally respected educator in Breathwork, Bodywork, and Tantric Energy Activation, with more than a decade of experience. His unique teaching style blends scientific research (neuroscience, psychophysiology) with spiritual traditions, making profound tools accessible and effective for today’s world.

After transitioning from corporate life into holistic healing, Alexis created Holosomatic Therapy®—a method rooted in trauma-informed care, bioenergetics, and emotional integration. His sessions are transformational journeys designed to awaken the body’s innate intelligence and healing power.

Jordan Head brings over 17 years of expertise in wellness and transformation. As a Master Practitioner of NLP, Breathwork Coach, and Nutrition Expert, Jordan offers grounded, actionable support for those seeking personal liberation. His approach helps clients reconnect with their authentic selves, break through limitations, and activate their true potential.

How to get prepared for the session:

  • What to bring:
    Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Optionally you can bring a blanket and a blindfold.
  • Be punctual:
    We will start on time. Please arrive 30-45 minutes before the event begins to find the best spot in the room. We will close the door 5 minutes after the start time and it will be impossible for us to let in more participants.
  • Clothes:
    Bring comfortable, layered clothing.
  • Diet:
    It's best not to eat 2 hours before the event.
  • After the event:
    We recommend spending the rest of the day in a relaxed state to fully integrate the effects of the event.

  • You will not be able to participate in this workshop if you have any of the following contraindications: epilepsy, retinal detachment, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases (including previous myocardial infarction), mental disorders (manic disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), paranoia, psychotic episodes, depersonalization), strokes, transient ischemic attacks (TIA), seizures or other brain/neurological conditions, a history of aneurysms in immediate family, use of prescription anticoagulants, hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis in the last 10 years, osteoporosis or physical injuries that have not fully healed, acute somatic and viral diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD-II and COPD-III), chronic diseases with symptoms of decompensation or terminal stages, individual intolerance to oxygen deficiency, cancer, impulse control disorders, pregnancy.

  • Individuals with asthma should bring their inhaler.

  • People under the influence of alcohol, psychedelics, drugs, or those who are fasting for more than 48 hours will not be accepted.

If participants cancel in-person workshops, the payment is non-refundable and no credit will be offered. Tickets can be transferred to another person.

Absolutely! This event is specifically designed to be accessible for everyone, regardless of prior experience. Many of our participants come with no knowledge, and they leave feeling grateful and fulfilled. We'll guide you step-by-step throughout the session.

Comfort is key! Since you'll be lying down and doing deep breathing exercises for a while, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement is ideal. Think yoga pants, sweatpants, or anything that won't restrict your belly or chest area. Avoid anything too tight or with buttons or zippers that could dig in.

Our facilitators are trained to handle cases of post-traumatic stress, anxiety, panic attacks, etc., are informed about trauma, and can assist you. However, it is very important that you inform one of them when you arrive at the event so they can provide personalized instructions for your case.

Tantra is a spiritual tradition that originated in India, focusing on the integration of the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of being. It includes a variety of practices, such as meditation, breathing exercises, and rituals aimed at achieving spiritual growth and self-awareness. Our practices are centered around meditation, energy work, and spiritual exploration. There is no nudity or sexual practices involved in these sessions. We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment focused on personal growth and healing.
