If you have never taken an online course before, rest assured that it can be a great option for you to study. Our online courses are designed to provide an engaging learning experience and simulate the feeling of an in-person course. Through a combination of video lectures, discussion boards, and live sessions, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, receive feedback, and build connections with your peers. The online learning environment provides you with flexibility, allowing you to work around your schedule and complete coursework at a pace that works best for you. You can also access course content and resources anytime, anywhere, so you can study and learn when and where it’s convenient for you.

All of our online Breathwork and Tantra trainings are split into 2 parts: 1) self-learning materials (articles, videos, assignments) available in our e-learning platform 2) Live instructor-led online sessions conducted via Zoom. Once registered for a training, you will receive detailed instructions on accessing your profile and starting your journey with InnerCamp.

Courses require successful completion of quizzes or submission of a few written assignments.

All quizzes require an 80% passing score. You will see the result instantly upon test completion. If you have scored less, you need to retake the quiz as many times as required.

Yes, this part of the course is the most important one as you will start doing the “real” work. For us it is crucial to see you facilitating and guide you during this process.

If you cannot participate in the students facilitating session, you will need to send a recording and pay the 100 EUR admin fee per recording. The admin fee is mandatory and non-refundable; Recordings are allowed in exceptional cases and only with the written approval from InnerCamp (*Terms of Service – Art. 3. Additional Fees apply). All requests should be sent to [email protected] and a resolution will be issued and sent to students within 24-48 hours.

No problem! You can retake the quizzes and exams as many times as you need at no additional cost. Please handle each module’s assignments seriously, revise your notes, and study all materials on our e-learning platform.

Each course has a different time schedule for the live sessions. You can find the information on each training page, in your guidebook and in our e-learning platform once you’re enrolled.

Each course features a live sessions calendar, which you can add to your personal Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar via the link (it can be found in a students’ guidebook that you will receive upon enrollment). This will enable you to set reminders for all upcoming Zoom sessions.

Program live sessions provide direct and instant support as well as the opportunity to network with other students. We believe that live interaction and immediate feedback enhance the educational process. Live format is a useful extension to e-learning as there are often questions and queries that are not easily answered by the resources. These sessions also act as great icebreakers for those who lack confidence and experience in guiding others, as they can practice this skill in a very inclusive, safe and supervised environment. All live sessions are recorded and can be accessed on our e-learning platform at any time.

No worries. If you cannot attend our live session, you will get access to video replay at our eLearning platform within 24 hours after its streaming.

Ideally, you will attend at least 80% of the sessions. You need to attend 50% of live sessions to qualify for certification. Can I access the e-learning platform from my mobile phone?

Of course. Our e-learning platform can be accessed through desktop computers, tablets and mobile devices. All you need to do is log in to your account and pick up where you left off. Please note that some lessons require file submissions, which is more convenient to complete through the desktop version.

An Internet connection is needed to take all our courses.

We are flexible! Please check our Cancellation Policy here: https://innercamp.com/terms/

The InnerCamp Breathwork Method is the only contemporary and science-powered program that provides a multidimensional approach to the concept of Breathwork. Our certified course is comprised of numerous breathing techniques and styles to address various life situations that are considered complex or need to be assessed from several points of view. Our graduates become wide range Breathwork coaches, not just niche specialists. An in-depth study of all existing breathing styles unlocks powerful perspectives for a holistic career. Our Breathwork facilitators can offer tailored transformative solutions to their clients, modifying and adapting various breathwork modalities to individual needs.

Not all breathwork styles are equal. Mastering just one specific technique comes with limitations of not being able to 100% help clients or, in some cases, even harm them. Learning the pros and cons of each style can boost your professionalism and increase the effectiveness of your coaching. For example, one of the breathwork styles in the market has potential risks of traumatising amateur participants as it requires a complex group setting, where one person is the sitter (supportive observer), and the other person is the breather (performing breathwork). In this breathwork, a lot of responsibility is given to the sitter (supportive observer) and this might be counterproductive if your group (your clients) don’t have the skills and knowledge to do this work. When you learn only one breathwork style, you reduce your expertise to one single technique and that may affect your capability to evaluate each scenario and utilise a wrong breathwork modality, simply because this is the only one you have acquired.

Each breathing style is not one fit for all. Before deciding on the most effective tool, practitioners and teachers should consider multiple aspects, including health conditions and individual behavioural patterns of clients (for example, not everyone is physically and mentally capable to do two inhales breathing)behavioural.

The InnerCamp Breathwork Method is a comprehensive set of learning tools and breathing multi-styles to prepare students for the complexity and variety of possible scenarios in their holistic practice. In the InnerCamp Breathwork Teacher Training, we introduce you to ALL modalities to expand your expertise and make you limitless in your gift to help, heal and transform lives.

At InnerCamp, we teach Tantra as a pathway to self-love, transformation, healing, and bliss. Both scientific and spiritual approaches conclude that Tantra is a modality that redirects our energy to bring the ultimate awareness into our lives. By doing so, we cultivate openness and curiosity toward the human experience.

Our mission as holistic educators is to distinguish the true purpose of Tantra from its controversial representation in a modern-day culture. The ultimate goal of Tantra is to create a life that is fulfilled and complete. We intend to create a new vision of Tantra that blends both traditional and modern techniques into a powerful method for self-growth, honouring the true essence of this beautiful ancient philosophy. Our program focuses on providing heart-based solutions for emotional support to everyone who seeks it, especially to individuals who lived through traumatic experiences and need reassurance, acceptance, and encouragement.

InnerCamp Tantra Method is designed to shed new light on the practice of Tantra and set aside all unhealthy narratives. This unique program stands out due to its practical, religion-free, guru-free, non-dogmatic, contemporary teachings, with principles applicable to everyday life. Yes, you heard us right – our techniques can be implemented into your daily routine to elevate your well-being. We believe that Tantra is an emotional and spiritual instrument that should serve everyone.

By joining InnerCamp, you become part of something bigger. You will embark on a transformative journey designed to make a positive shift in your holistic career and boost your personal growth.

All of our courses take place at innercamp.com. Once you are enrolled in the InnerCamp program, you join our global community of holistic practitioners and teachers. Each training is intended to assist students in forming their own opinions regarding the role of holistic practices in overall well-being and developing skills to guide others in one-on-one/group sessions. We create a quality learning environment and experiences that will equip students with up-to-date and trustworthy knowledge, as well as the confidence to build a solid foundation for their holistic business.

Our educational content is presented in the form of articles, downloadable materials, pre-recorded videos, and live sessions. Assignments and quizzes will help you integrate the teachings and do some personal introspection to better utilise all InnerCamp techniques.
