Alexis Alcalá & Jordan Head

Alexis Alcala, founder of InnerCamp, is an internationally respected educator in Breathwork, Bodywork, and Tantric Energy Activation, with more than a decade of experience. His unique teaching style blends scientific research (neuroscience, psychophysiology) with spiritual traditions, making profound tools accessible and effective for today’s world.

After transitioning from corporate life into holistic healing, Alexis created Holosomatic Therapy®—a method rooted in trauma-informed care, bioenergetics, and emotional integration. His sessions are transformational journeys designed to awaken the body’s innate intelligence and healing power.

Jordan Head brings over 17 years of expertise in wellness and transformation. As a Master Practitioner of NLPBreathwork Coach, and Nutrition Expert, Jordan offers grounded, actionable support for those seeking personal liberation. His approach helps clients reconnect with their authentic selves, break through limitations, and activate their true potential.

How to get prepared for the session:

  • What to bring:
    Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Optionally you can bring a blanket and a blindfold.
  • Be punctual:
    We will start on time. Please arrive 30-45 minutes before the event begins to find the best spot in the room. We will close the door 5 minutes after the start time and it will be impossible for us to let in more participants.
  • Clothes:
    Bring comfortable, layered clothing.
  • Diet:
    It's best not to eat 2 hours before the event.
  • After the event:
    We recommend spending the rest of the day in a relaxed state to fully integrate the effects of the event.
