This session blends intention-setting with dynamic breathwork to align with lunar cycles and unlock your potential.
You will not be able to participate in this workshop if you have any of the following contraindications: epilepsy, retinal detachment, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases (including previous myocardial infarction), mental disorders (manic disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), paranoia, psychotic episodes, depersonalization), strokes, transient ischemic attacks (TIA), seizures or other brain/neurological conditions, a history of aneurysms in immediate family, use of prescription anticoagulants, hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis in the last 10 years, osteoporosis or physical injuries that have not fully healed, acute somatic and viral diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD-II and COPD-III), chronic diseases with symptoms of decompensation or terminal stages, individual intolerance to oxygen deficiency, cancer, impulse control disorders, pregnancy.
Individuals with asthma should bring their inhaler.
People under the influence of alcohol, psychedelics, drugs, or those who are fasting for more than 48 hours will not be accepted.
Breathwork We encourage you to turn the camera on, so we can track your progress and make sure you’re feeling well during the practice. Please mute the sound to eliminate noise and avoid distracting other participants.

Holosomatic Therapy Contraindications
Holosomatic Therapy can result in intense physical and emotional releases. For your safety, you are NOT allowed to participate in Holosomatic Therapy if you have any of the following conditions:
Neurological & Cardiovascular: Epilepsy, seizures, strokes (CVA), transient ischemic attacks (TIAs), detached retina, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases (heart attack history, arrhythmia, heart failure), aneurysms (personal or immediate family history), use of prescription blood thinners, implanted medical devices (pacemakers, neurostimulators).
Psychiatric & Mental Health: Severe mental disorders (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, paranoia, psychotic episodes, depersonalization, dissociative disorders, etc.), severe anxiety or PTSD (without professional support), hospitalization for a psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the past 10 years, active substance withdrawal (alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, or other drugs), low impulse control.
Chronic & Autoimmune Diseases: Addison's disease (adrenal insufficiency), chronic respiratory diseases (COPD-II, COPD-III), unstable diabetes (especially Type 1 Diabetes), severe autoimmune or inflammatory diseases (Lupus, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, severe Fibromyalgia), terminal illnesses or chronic diseases with symptoms of decompensation, cancer (only contraindicated for those undergoing active treatment or in advanced stages—consult a doctor if in remission).
Acute & Musculoskeletal Conditions: Acute somatic or viral diseases, severe adrenal fatigue or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME), osteoporosis or unhealed injuries, severe chronic pain conditions affecting movement, major surgery within the last 6 months (especially abdominal, heart, or neurological procedures).
Other Important Considerations
- Pregnancy: Pregnant women are NOT allowed to practice Holosomatic Therapy.
- Substance Use: People under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or psychedelics in the last 24 hours are NOT allowed to participate.
- Fasting: People who have fasted for the past 72 hours are NOT allowed to practice Holosomatic Therapy.
- Asthma: Allowed only if bringing an inhaler.
- Medical Disclosure: You must inform your facilitator of any medical treatments, procedures, or conditions that may affect your session.
