In-person:

During the in-person training we come together for a 5- day intensive deep dive into the transformative practices included in your InnerCamp training. By the end of this immersive experience, you will be equipped to facilitate powerful Breathwork sessions. Following the in-person training, you will begin a 4-month online course (260 hours) that covers the science and psychology of Breathwork, as well as strategies for success as a therapist. While the online course does not include live Zoom sessions, you will have access to monthly mentoring calls and all of InnerCamp's virtual workshops. You will have up to 7 months to complete the course, and upon fulfilling all requirements, you will receive your Holosomatic Breathwork® Facilitator Diploma.

Online:

Our online training includes 16 live Zoom sessions (2.5 hours each), where you will practice transformative Breathwork techniques and connect with your intuition and energy. This program consists of a comprehensive 300-hour curriculum covering the science of Breathwork, psychology, and professional success strategies. Similar to the in-person format, you will have access to monthly mentoring calls and all virtual workshops. The online course is designed to be completed in 4 months, with a maximum completion period of 7 months. After finishing all tasks, you will be awarded your Holosomatic Breathwork® Facilitator Diploma.

If you are new to healing practices, we recommend starting with Holosomatic Breath Therapy®. This foundational program allows you to experience, embody, and master essential skills in inner connection, emotional regulation, and focused attention.

For those who already possess a solid foundation and seek to deepen their understanding of bodily experiences and heal deeper layers of trauma, Holosomatic Body Therapy® is the ideal choice. This program emphasizes bodywork techniques that facilitate the release of traumatic residues and alleviate tissue numbness, allowing your system to safely open up to more subtle vibrational frequencies and prepare for higher levels of energetic activation and movement.

Yes, upon completion of Level 2 of the Somatic Bodywork Therapy Training, you will be equipped with the skill set and knowledge necessary to work with clients who have PTSD.

However, it is important to emphasize that this training is not a replacement for cognitive therapy and psychotherapy. While it is an integrative therapy that can work well alongside other types of healing modalities, you should be aware of the limits of your work. It is essential to refer clients to appropriate specialist services when needed, in order to ensure the full recovery of the individual. We will guide you in the process of recognising when one of your clients might need access to specialist services.

Yes, you can take your time with the course material. We understand that everyone learns at a different pace and sometimes moving slower can help you to retain the information better. However, it is important to be aware that this course requires you to attend live sessions in order to stay on track. This will ensure that you don’t fall behind and also allows you to interact with the instructors and other students in the course.

After the program has officially ended, you have up to 3 months to complete the course on our platform in order to receive your certification. This is the final extension for the completion of the program.

Yes, each level of our training comes with a final exam. The purpose of this examination is to ensure you are able to recognise, recall and show understanding what you have learned. The exam also covers your ability to select, organize and communicate relevant information in a variety of forms present and organize material clearly, use relevant terminology, and apply your knowledge and skill set to real-life situations.

Yes, assignments are a key part of the learning experience. They’re crafted to help you deepen your understanding of the theories, concepts, and methods we cover during your course of study. While they are mandatory, they are also an opportunity for personal growth and self-discovery, allowing you to gain valuable insights into yourself and how you relate to the material.

Yes, we ask that you keep your camera on during live sessions to ensure active participation and engagement. This helps create a connected and focused learning environment between you, your instructors, and other students on the course. If you have any challenges with attendance due to work or other commitments, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Your presence and visibility are important to us and enhance the overall learning experience.

We have three payment options available:

1. Full payment upfront: Paying the entire amount for the training program in a single payment at the time of registration.

2. Deposit payment: This option requires customers to pay a deposit of 500/1000 euros to secure their spot in the training program. The remainder of the balance is then due 2 weeks (for online programs) or 1 month (for onsite/hybrid programs) prior to the start date of the program.

3. Installment payments: This option allows customers to spread the cost of the training program over several months. The payment plan involves paying the total cost of the program in equal installments, with each payment charged monthly from the customer's card.

Yes, you can cancel your program before it starts. Refunds depend on the cancellation date and program type, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy. We offer flexible terms, including full or partial refunds or credit for future bookings. Whilst we do understand that circumstances can change, and we’re here to help you when something arises, refunds are not available once the training program has started. However, you can transfer your enrollment to a future program for a fee of 300 EUR plus any price difference. Alternatively, in certain situations, we may be able to offer you credit toward a future program with InnerCamp. We understand that sometimes things don’t always go as planned. If the program you booked onto has finished and you were unable to participate, a refund isn’t available. However, you can transfer your spot to a future session within three months for a 600 EUR admin fee plus any price difference. If you need to transfer after this period, you’ll need to pay the full current price for the new session. We understand that sometimes life can get in the way of our educational pursuits and that it can be difficult to keep up with a course when certain circumstances arise. If the program has started already and you’d like to move your spot to the next edition, you can do so for an additional fee of 300 EUR plus the price difference if any, according to our Terms of Service. Alternatively, you can keep the credit and join a future program just by paying the price difference when you sign up.

For our online courses, we recommend approximately 10 hours per week of dedicated time, which includes the Zoom sessions.

For the in-person courses, in addition to the face-to-face contact hours, we recommend an extra 6 hours per week.

To make the most of your time at Innercamp, we also suggest you participate in our other community activities.

It’s best to attend all live sessions, yes. At Inercamp we require a minimum attendance of 75% for the required live sessions of the course for Level 1 and 100% for Level 2. It would be best to make sure you are able to join in with all the scheduled dates when you book onto the course.

Yes, it’s a mandatory part of our training for students to participate in all student facilitating sessions. One of the best ways to do this is to invite one or two friends to your home for these transformative and integral sessions.

To be eligible for the Therapist Diploma, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

ONLINE TRAINING

• Maintain a minimum attendance rate of 75% for the live sessions.
• Successfully complete the course on our e-learning platform and obtain approval for all assignments from the InnerCamp team
• Keep the camera on in the live sessions and actively participate in the class and the practices.
• Facilitate live in all students facilitating sessions according to the requirements of your course.

IN-PERSON TRAINING

• Join the in-person training and actively participate in all course activities
• Successfully complete the online course on our e-learning platform and obtain approval for all assignments from the InnerCamp team.

We encourage you to stay committed and engaged as you progress through your chosen program. Completing the course and earning your certification is a testament to your dedication and achievement.

If you cannot participate in the students facilitating sessions, you will need to send us a recording of you facilitating a session. The admin fee for this is 100 EUR per recording. The admin fee is mandatory and non-refundable.

Recordings are only permitted in exceptional cases and you’ll need to get written approval from the InnerCamp team. All requests should be sent to [email protected] and a resolution will be issued and sent to students within 24-48 hours. For further details please see our Terms of Service, Section 3.

Yes, by participating in our training, you will be equipped to become a trauma-informed therapist. This program is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to support clients dealing with a wide range of traumatic experiences, including PTSD, CPTSD, panic attacks, and sexual abuse. Throughout the training, you will delve into the theory of trauma, exploring both the psychological and physiological impacts. Moreover, you will learn practical strategies for working with clients who have experienced trauma, ensuring that your approach is sensitive, effective, and geared towards fostering resilience and healing. A key component of our training is teaching you how to prevent re-traumatization, an essential aspect of trauma-informed care. Our goal is to help you develop a holistic approach that not only addresses the symptoms of trauma but also supports the overall well-being of your clients.

Upon enrollment, all students are matched with a study buddy to support them on their journey. A study buddy is an online partner you study alongside with, offering each other mutual support, discussing concepts and working together on assignments.

If you fail, don’t worry! You can retake the assignments as many times as you need at no additional cost. To make sure you are well prepared, please handle each module’s assignments seriously, revise your notes, and study all materials on our e-learning platform.

Yes, you will have a lifetime access to the course. So, if you wish to review a specific topic from the course after you finish it, or take it all over again, you can.

Yes, our goal at InnerCamp is to enhance your learning by integrating theory and practice. We will not only teach you how to run events, including all those considerations you may not have thought of, but will also provide opportunities to collaborate with InnerCamp. Our recent graduates have been facilitating online events to put their newly acquired skills into work straight away.

CMA stands for The Complementary Medical Association and IBF stands for International Breathwork Foundation. InnerCamp has been awarded the “CMA Registered Training School” status, which means our courses are registered and accredited by CMA, contributing towards the development of the complementary medical and natural health industry. To claim CPD activity, you are responsible for submitting your hours or points. InnerCamp is not responsible for the claiming or validation process. Please note that any CPD certificate issued reflects that you have completed the course and met the assessment criteria set by the issuing Member.

We completely understand that if you haven’t taken an online course before, you might have some concerns. Our online courses are designed to provide an engaging learning experience and simulate the feeling of an in-person course. Through a combination of video lectures, discussion boards, and live sessions, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, receive feedback, and build connections with your peers. The online learning environment provides incredible flexibility, allowing you to work around your schedule and complete coursework at a pace that works best for you and your needs. You can also access course content and resources anytime, anywhere, so you can study and learn when and where it’s convenient for you.

Holosomatic Therapy Contraindications
Holosomatic Therapy can result in intense physical and emotional releases. For your safety, you are NOT allowed to participate in Holosomatic Therapy if you have any of the following conditions:

Neurological & Cardiovascular: Epilepsy, seizures, strokes (CVA), transient ischemic attacks (TIAs), detached retina, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases (heart attack history, arrhythmia, heart failure), aneurysms (personal or immediate family history), use of prescription blood thinners, implanted medical devices (pacemakers, neurostimulators).

Psychiatric & Mental Health: Severe mental disorders (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, paranoia, psychotic episodes, depersonalization, dissociative disorders, etc.), severe anxiety or PTSD (without professional support), hospitalization for a psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the past 10 years, active substance withdrawal (alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, or other drugs), low impulse control.

Chronic & Autoimmune Diseases: Addison's disease (adrenal insufficiency), chronic respiratory diseases (COPD-II, COPD-III), unstable diabetes (especially Type 1 Diabetes), severe autoimmune or inflammatory diseases (Lupus, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, severe Fibromyalgia), terminal illnesses or chronic diseases with symptoms of decompensation, cancer (only contraindicated for those undergoing active treatment or in advanced stages—consult a doctor if in remission).

Acute & Musculoskeletal Conditions: Acute somatic or viral diseases, severe adrenal fatigue or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME), osteoporosis or unhealed injuries, severe chronic pain conditions affecting movement, major surgery within the last 6 months (especially abdominal, heart, or neurological procedures).

Other Important Considerations

- Pregnancy: Pregnant women are NOT allowed to practice Holosomatic Therapy.
- Substance Use: People under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or psychedelics in the last 24 hours are NOT allowed to participate.
- Fasting: People who have fasted for the past 72 hours are NOT allowed to practice Holosomatic Therapy.
- Asthma: Allowed only if bringing an inhaler.
- Medical Disclosure: You must inform your facilitator of any medical treatments, procedures, or conditions that may affect your session.

Yes, many of our students begin with no prior facilitation experience and go on to successfully guide sessions after completing the Holosomatic Therapy training. The program is designed to provide a strong foundation, equipping you with the knowledge, tools, and practical experience needed to feel confident in your facilitation skills.

Throughout the training, you’ll receive hands-on practice, mentorship, and structured guidance to help you transition smoothly into this work. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and we encourage you to start where you feel comfortable—whether that’s working with close friends, integrating techniques into your existing practice, or offering full sessions.
