In this workshop, under Marjolein’s compassionate guidance, you will delve deep into your feminine centers, unlocking a harmonious flow of vitality, love, and spirituality. Through gentle yet powerful exercises, meditations, and rituals, you’ll awaken your innate sensuality and intuition, fostering profound self-awareness and empowerment.

Marjolein strongly believes that we are all healers, and her holistic approach is based on this foundation. Her mission is to help people raise their vibration and restore balance in their lives by reconnecting them to their inner light. Marjolein promotes the wisdom of the Womb/Hara Awakening, an ancient, self-empowering practice that is all about returning to the Western world’s awareness, helping people reconnect to their true purpose and align their lives.

How to prepare for the session:

  • Take time to reflect on your intentions and motivations before attending the workshop.
  • Find a quiet and secure space where you feel comfortable and safe and where you cannot be overheard by others.
  • Prepare your space to be sacred and special. You can use candles, create a small altar, use any numerous symbolic figures for you. It is vital that you establish an environment where you are excited to be, and you feel safe and protected.
  • Allow and accept your emotions without resistance or judgment.
  • Be prepared to let go of any preconceptions or judgments about the practice and approach it with an open mind.
  • Remember that it is okay to pause or take a break if you feel overwhelmed or triggered.

  • It is important to note that our workshops address sensitive and challenging topics such as trauma and intimacy. Some exercises may require you to delve deep into your past traumas and confront past pain. If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed or triggered, know that you have the option to pause or stop at any point. Your well-being is our top priority, and we encourage you to prioritize self-care throughout the workshop.

     

  • Some exercises can evoke powerful emotions and trigger intense feelings in some individuals. Therefore, it is important to proceed with caution and ensure that you are mentally and emotionally prepared before beginning any practice. Take all the time you need to feel fully ready and prepared. Our counselor and team are always available to provide you with support.
