In this workshop, Lisa will gently lead you through a breathwork session specifically tailored to promote self-love and self-care. Through conscious and intentional breathing, you will learn to create a nurturing space within yourself, allowing for the release of self-critical thoughts, limiting beliefs, and emotional baggage that no longer serves you.

By connecting with your breath, you will tap into your body’s innate wisdom and access a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. All that is required is an open heart, a willingness to explore, and a desire to cultivate a loving relationship with yourself. Lisa is a breathwork coach, meditation and tantra practitioner, yogi, online ESL teacher, music maker, vibe jockey, and storyteller. Her mission is her mantra: there is Magic in Movement. Thus, her favorite aspect of the energy of being is the dance. Not just bodily, but emotionally, energetically, mentally, biologically, and seasonally. Holding space and taking it up. Expansion and retraction, like the breath dances us.

How to prepare for the session:

  • It is best not to eat a big meal before the session
  • Set up a quiet space where you will be undisturbed for the session
  • Make sure that you have access to a yoga mat, cushions, bolsters, blankets, a blindfold (optional) and tissues
  • Join the session on time to not miss the instructions of the techniques we will be using
  • You will need a good internet connection and a good speaker or headphones because we will play music
  • Bring a notebook / journal and a pen, crayons, markers, etc
  • You can also bring a drink of cacao, herbal tea or water
