About this Workshop
Are you ready for a divine connection with the universe?
So Hum Breathwork is a powerful technique to activate your Manipura (Solar plexus) chakra and gain feelings of security and protection.
Mantras are frequently referred to as “vehicles for the mind” because as one concentrates on repeating a mantra, other thoughts slowly fade away, shifting us towards a quiet and clear mental state. For centuries, practitioners have used one special mantra ‘So Hum’ to meditate on their divine self. The Vedic mantra So Hum is made up of two words. In Sanskrit, “So” translates to “That” and “Hum” to “I”. These words together form the phrase “I Am That.” So Hum mantra represents the idea that we are all linked to the infinite energy that is continually sustaining and nourishing us. Many Vedic academics have interpreted the “That” in the mantra to signify the Universe. It is similar to the idea of “oneness,” which is expressed as “I am one with the universe.” Feelings of security, protection, and unwavering support are provided by the concept of being one with the Universe.
