With over a decade of experience, he has guided thousands of people worldwide to awaken their inner power and transform their lives. His gift is bridging science with Eastern practices, turning ancient wisdom into modern tools for personal growth. Alexis’s own journey—from the corporate world to becoming a global leader in somatic and energy practices—inspires others to break free from limitations and design a life aligned with their highest potential.

Jordan Head

Jordan brings 17 years of expertise in health, wellness, and human performance. As a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Master Practitioner of NLP, and Breathwork Coach, he empowers people to remove what holds them back and channel their energy into authentic, fulfilling lives. His mission is to help individuals embody their best version—strong, resilient, and fully alive.

Together, Alexis and Jordan create a safe, powerful space where transformation unfolds.

How to get prepared for the session:

  • What to bring:
    Eye mask - blindfold (recommended), Water bottle (highly recommended)
  • Punctuality matters:
    Arrive 30–45 minutes early to settle in and choose your space. Doors close 5 minutes after the session begins
  • Clothing:
    Wear comfortable layers suitable for movement and rest.
  • Dietary suggestion:
    Avoid eating 2 hours before the event for deeper body awareness.
  • Post-event:
    Allow time for quiet integration. Avoid overstimulating environments or digital distractions.
